Some of my clients have A PREFERRED workflow. OTHERS ARE STARTING FROM SCRATCH. THAT’S WHY I OFFER a FLEXIBLE process THAT KEEPS THINGS collaborative and clear:

1. The Chat

Book your free 30-minute consultation. I'll ask questions and you can tell me about your business, your audience, goals, etc. We'll talk things out and determine whether we're a good fit.

I'll put together a proposal outlining a recommended approach, scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and cost. You'll know exactly what to expect before we get started.

2. THE proposal

Once we've settled on a plan, let’s discuss details. I'll get to know your brand, study your audience, review existing materials, and establish a schedule with clear milestones and expectations.

Here’s where I roll up my sleeves. I'll develop the strategy, ideas, messages, and/or words that meet your needs. For larger projects, we'll build in checkpoints to keep everything on-track.

I'll present the initial draft, explain the thinking behind it, and gather your feedback. Then we'll refine and polish through agreed-upon revision rounds until everything is ready for your final approval.
